Upon making the payment you will be in Agreement with the following Terms & Conditions:
Revision
- Revision requests should take place within 10 days of the assignment being delivered after which the order is considered closed. If the customer has missed the policy deadline, the customer may choose to have the order revised at an additional charge.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours to process revision requests. Urgent revision requests will not be entertained. Remember, The writers are HUMANS, they are not robots! Please do not come back last minute expecting the writer to fix your assignment 1 hour before your deadline.
Communication
- Direct contact between the Customer and the Writer is via email only.
- We do not tolerate profanity. We reserve the right to terminate the order or revision request if the client communicates inappropriately via email, BBM or phone calls.
Privacy
- We are committed to protect the privacy of the Customer and we will never resell or share any of Customer’s personal information with any third party. All transactions are processed through the secure and reliable Al Ansari and Western Union Systems.
Payment
- The assignment is released only after the complete payment of the order has been made.
- The price in the quotation email is the actual price of the assignment and is excluding the exchange transfer fee. We reserve the right to freeze the order until the complete payment has been cleared.
